Aqua Circuit or "waterobics" is the performance of aerobic exercise in shallow water, and is a type of resistance training. This work out combines a variety of techniques from land aerobics, including walking or running backward and forward, jumping jacks, mimicking cross-country skiing, etc. Since 90% of weight is supported by water, this exercise form does not strain the bone.
Similar to ‘Aqua Circuit’ or "waterobics", this work out combines land aerobic techniques along with various arm movements with the help of equipments such as woggles to increase resistance and help support weight while working out in water.

A formalized performance dance, choreographed and performed by trained artists, include mime and acting, and are set to music (usually orchestral but occasionally vocal). It is a poised style of dance that incorporates the foundational techniques for many other dance forms.
Karate can be practiced as a combat sport or as self-defense training which is done with a partner. Like ballet or yoga, postures are an important element of karate - known as karate kata. Katas are defensive positions which you master to keep your opponent at bay - reassuring to know when you're walking down dark alleys.
Self defense can be practice as a combat sport or trained with a partner. Various positions are mastered to defend yourself when attacked.
