Swimming is an activity that burns lots of calories, is easy on the joints, supports your weight, builds muscular strength and endurance, and improves cardiovascular fitness. Cools you off and refreshes you in summer, and one that you can do safely into old age.

Swimming classes available at Hayya! are:

  • Aqua Aerobics - A fun way to exercise with good music, fully qualified and motivating instructors, and with like minded people. Being water based ensures the exercise is a safe (no jarring) full body workout.

  • Aqua Circuit - You can work at your own intensity level to great songs in a great atmosphere!

  • Baby splash - Beginning from 4 months, infants and toddlers are taught survival skills that are essential for water safety. These survival skills are slowly introduced to ensure your child has a fun and stimulating water experience. The use of song helps us teach babies essential skills.
